Fitness Training Packages

Strength & Flexibility

Package A: $495

Twelve 30 min sessions designed to be split up into 3 sessions per week.  Two sessions focus on strength training and one will be spent entirely on assisted stretching and foam rolling to improve flexibility and mobility.  You will be responsible for your own warm-up before each session. Includes initial evaluation and consultation.

Package B: $695

Eight 60 minute sessions and four 30 min sessions designed to be split up into 3 sessions per week.  Two 60 minute sessions per week will be spent on a mixture of cardiovascular and strength training including a warm-up and cool down.  One 30 minute session per week will be spent entirely on assisted stretching and foam rolling to improve flexibility and mobility.  Includes initial evaluation and consultation.

Evaluation & Program Set-up: $95

One time evaluation and program development customized to each   individual’s specific goals.  You will be given a program to do on your own after a full physical assessment and health history has been performed.
